Tasting honey is as much an art as it is a science! As part of our educational activities program, participants and staff enjoyed a neuroscience honey tasting exercise that assesses visual, olfactory, gustatory, and texture experiences. Each taste produced a unique neuroscience sensory experience, while expanding our perceptual knowledge of bees and honey! We learned that honey is a perfect source of energy that keeps our immunity strong.
