Helping Hands for Better Living is an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) and Community Based Adult Service (CBAS) center located in Orange County, CA.

Today we bid farewell and the best of luck to Activity Coordinator Dana Arrington on her last day at Helping Hands for Better Living - Dana’s creative and recreational therapy skills added tremendous value to the lives of our participants.

Our team wished her success in her next role as we enjoyed some delicious coffee and Dana’s favorite freshly-made Polly’s Pies buttermilk biscuits and jam. You will be missed Dana! We are grateful!

Tasting honey is as much an art as it is a science! As part of our educational activities program, participants and staff enjoyed a neuroscience honey tasting exercise that assesses visual, olfactory, gustatory, and texture experiences. Each taste produced a unique neuroscience sensory experience, while expanding our perceptual knowledge of bees and honey! We learned that honey is a perfect source of energy that keeps our immunity strong.
